When items are in stock your order will be sent within 24 hours, making delivery between 1-2 working days for orders to mainland UK using our standard tracked delivery service.
Orders placed after 11 am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following working Monday.
During exceptionally busy times, such as the launch of a catalogue or sale, there may be a slight delay in delivery.
Each delivery has a unique tracking number once your goods are despatched. All goods must be signed for by the person placing the order. We can take no responsibility for parcels signed for by a third party.
Returns must be received by us no later than 7 working days after you have received your order.
Full credit will be offered on all returns subject to our returns policy please see details below.
Returns will be processed within 3 working days of receipt and refunded to the card or payment method used to process your original transaction.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on goods received later than 10 working days without prior agreement.
You are responsible for the cost of returns.
Your original receipt must be enclosed.
- All items returned must be in the same condition in which they were received by you.
- Garment tags must be attached to each item. We cannot refund items without these tags.
- Polite notice, please do not allow any clothing to come into contact with any odours whatsoever we reserve the right to refuse either a refund or exchange on any goods holding any odours whatsoever.
- Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene purposes please see item description if you are unsure.
Should you just wish to exchange an item please contact us immediately either by telephone or e-mail in order that we can reserve the exchange item for you.
Refunds will be credited only to the card or payment method used to process the original order. It can take up to five working days for your refund to be processed and you will receive confirmation via e-mail as soon as your refund has been credited to your account. PayPal will notify you direct via e-mail of your refund.
Returning your items to us
- Use the copy invoice sent with your order.
- Enclose original receipt.
- Clearly indicate any items to be returned.
- Pack the items together with copy invoice and original receipt.
- Please ensure the parcel is secure as any items missing from the parcel will be your responsibility.
- Post parcel to be signed for or tracked service only. In the event the goods do not reach us you are responsible for the loss and we will be unable to refund you.
